Quoting rhiza@unhas.ac.id: Dear Rhiza and Erna, We did so enjoy Dhika's visit. It was such a pleasure to see what a fine young woman she has become. She is so impressive in her accomplishments and her motivation, and a very lovely girl. You both must be very proud of her. Howard and I could still see the little girl we used to know. Harry enjoyed meeting Dhika too and remembering old times. I found photographs in our albums of our two families and we had fun looking over them. Dhika has already sent me a message that she arrived in Melbourne safely and that a staff member from her program met her at the airport. I hope they can help her find suitable accommodation. The mobile phone is a great blessing for parents. Harry was travelling overseas last year and it was a great relief to me that he sent text messages several times a day so we knew he was safe. The timing of Dhika's visit was good because next week I am actually making a lightning visit to Indonesia - to a conference in Banda Aceh. That should be a different experience for me. I've given Dhika a copy of my history of Indonesia for the family. Perhaps you'll find something of interest in it. We do hope we'll all meet up again sometime. In the meantime, we'll look forward to the next time Dhika is in Sydney. All good wishes, Jean, Howard and Harry > Dear Prof. Jean Gelman Taylor: > > Thank you for inviting Dhika to have breakfast > at your home this morning.
