General notes :
I was born in Bogor , Indonesia, in 1957 and grew up in a campus environment : IPB . I began my college education in 1975 and graduated from ITB Bandung in 1981. Worked with the Christian University Satya Wacana, Salatiga for two years until 1983. From then on, I have been with the Department of Electrical Engineering Hasanuddin University Ujungpandang until now.
I received the M.S.E.E. in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison WI, USA, and my Ph.D. in 1994 from the same university.
My area of interest in Electrical Engineering is Automatic Control Systems or Control Systems for short, but I have not been involved in any "serious" research activity for a long time (since 1995 I guess....), published no paper....nothing ! Well, I do a lot of teaching jobs here in Ujungpandang, though, and I enjoy my life very much. Thank God.....
