At the end of the article, I wrote a short curriculum vitae as you requested. I hope the document will help you to find the most suitable place (and a professor) to visit. I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Best Regards, Rhiza S. Sadjad 2. Sadjad, My original research field is chemical process control; thus I try to recommend a few researchers in this field. Prof. Hiroya Seki Tokyo Institute of Technology hseki@pse.res.titech.ac.jp Prof. Yoshihiro Hashimoto Nagoya Institute of Technology hashimoto@nitech.ac.jp They are familiar with process control technology and also have profound knowledge of process modeling. Since your objective is "to develop mathematical models of the industrial process plants," their laboratory would be nice for you. However, you should understand that it would be difficult for them to arrange that "at least two-third of the time allocation will be spent in the real industrial world." In recent years, mirror plants or tracking simulators are becoming popular in the process industry of Japan as described in my paper (J. Proc. Cont., 20, 969-982, 2010). This technology will be interesting for you. Good luck! Best regards, Manabu 3. E-mail saya ke DR. Eng. Manabu TSUNODA: -------- Isi Pesan Asli -------- Dari: Rhiza S. I think you received the same e-mail earlier this morning. Prof. KANO has suggested 2 (two) professors: Prof. Hiroya Seki Tokyo Institute of Technology hseki@pse.res.titech.ac.jp Prof. Yoshihiro Hashimoto Nagoya Institute of Technology hashimoto@nitech.ac.jp I have browsed their websites just now, and I think Prof. Hiroya Seki at the TITech is more preferable for me than Prof. Yoshihiro Hashimoto at the NITech. What do you think ? For more details about the progam itself, it would be nice if you could discuss it with the person in charge, DR. Rafiuddin Syam at +62 815 432 88 700. He will explain it much better than me. I'll see you again tomorrow, if you don't mind. Thank you very much for your help. Best Regards, Rhiza S.
