Judul :Progress of Mr. Rhiza S. Sadjad's COE Pengirim :Yumiko Onishi Penerima :'Ratna Sari' CC :Rhiza Sadjad, unhas-fellowship@jice.org, 'Andi Amri' Tanggal Hari Selasa, 8 Mei 2012 ini 15:17 Dear Ratna-san, Regarding to the COE procedure of Mr. Sadjad, as I sent my email below to Lisa-san, the issuance of COE is now beyond the schedule. (estimated schedule) April 26: Submission of COE documents from Professor Seki to the Administrative Scrivener (AC) May 7: Submission of COE documents from AC to the Immigration Office (2-3 weeks later) May 25: it is expected that COE will be issued. In the last week of May, Professor Seki will send the COE to Indonesia. June 8 will be expected that the COE will arrive in Makassar. VISA Application, 1st payment, flight arrangement In the third (June 18-22 ) or fourth (June 25-29) week of June, it is expected that Mr. Sadjad can come to Japan. Because we can change only one time the date of settling into the accommodation at the Tokyo Institute of Technology (this is the regulation), we have to decide carefully the arrival date of Mr. Sadjad. I had experienced several times the change of the arrival date by Researchers, I would like to choose the safety day for Mr. Sadjad’s arrival date. I would like to discuss with Mr. Sadjad and you about the schedule coming to Japan, after Mr. Sadjad received his COE. However, I would like to ask Mr. Sadjad to understand that his schedule must be changed from End May to End June. Could you kindly talk about this issue with Mr. Sadjad, please? Additionally, I would like to ask, whether Professor Seki should send the COE to your business address or Mr. Sadjad’s personal address? If to Mr. Sadjad, please let me know the address. Thank you for your kind cooperation. best regards yumiko onishi ***************************************************** UNHAS-Fellowship Service Consultant Team Overseas Business Department JAPAN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION CENTER (JICE) Email: unhas-fellowship@jice.org ***************************************************** From: Yumiko Onishi [mailto:onishi.yumiko@jice.org] Sent: Monday, May 07, 2012 5:06 PM To: 'herlisa.lisa' Cc: 'Ratna Sari'; Rhiza Sadjad; unhas-fellowship@jice.org; 'Andi Amri' Subject: RE: Progress of Mr. Rhiza S. Sadjad's COE Dear Lisa-san, (c.c Ratna-san) Thank you for your email. In terms of the application of COE for Mr. Sadjad, I would like to inform you that Professor Seki has submitted the application documents to the Administrative scrivener on 26 April. The Administrative scrivener has already submitted the documents to the Immigration Office, however, we have one week holiday at the beginning of May, the procedure will be stopped at the Immigration Office. Today, the normal week has started, then it will take 2-3 weeks from today. It means COE will be issued in the third or fourth week in May and Professor Seki will send COE to you, then COE will arrive in the beginning of June. Based on this time schedule, Professor Seki and I recommend strongly Mr. Sadjad to postpone his arrival date to Japan. We think that the third week or fourth week in June would be better to plan to take a flight to Japan. Prof. Seki said that the change will be no problem for him. The decision of the flight schedule will depend on when Mr. Sadjad can obtain his VISA and will be paid the funds. Thank you for your kind cooperation. best regards yumiko onishi ***************************************************** UNHAS-Fellowship Service Consultant Team Overseas Business Department JAPAN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION CENTER (JICE) Email: unhas-fellowship@jice.org ***************************************************** From: herlisa.lisa [mailto:herlisa.lisa@gmail.com] Sent: Thursday, May 03, 2012 11:42 AM To: unhas-fellowship@jice.org Subject: Progress of Mr. Rhiza S.
