Supply Bench for Training Panels

Technical Description

The mounting frame for a training panel and the universal measuring system is fitted to a sturdy trolley. This enables a flexible, standalone trainer to be set up using the supply bench, one of the training panels and the measuring system. A switch / fuse box provides two single phase and two three-phase electrical outputs. Hot and cold water connections are provided. A heating system can be connected to the heating feed and return flow pipes and a gas connection is also provided. A fibreglass drip tray is fitted under the mounting frame for the training panels. A lockable cupboard for the secure storage of documentation or small parts is mounted under the fibreglass work area. The photograph shows the HL 090 together with the measuring system HL 810 and the training panel HL 103.
The bench requires a supply of water, electricity and gas.

Learning Objectives / Experiments

The Supply Bench is intended for use with the HL 101 to HL 114 training panels, and also for panels from the VS and ST series. Together with the measuring systems HL 810 (indication of measured values on easy to read dials) or HL 820 (processing of the measured data on a PC), a stand-alone trainer can be assembled on which experiments can be performed using the appropriate panels.
