SE 110.11 Experimental Set Bending Moment (Influence Lines) Show data sheet (pdf file)
Technical Description
The set is used with the SE 110/SE 111 universal test frames to demonstrate the bending moment in beams loaded with point forces. Due to the use of a low-friction joint at 1/3 of the span of the beam and a dynamometer combined with a lever, the bending moment in the beam can be measured directly. The deflection of the beam as a result of the measurement travel of the gauge can be compensated with adjustment bolts. The beam is loaded using sets of weight that can be attached to the beam at any point. The bearing supports are fitted to the universal frames using special clamps. The supports are equipped with low-friction ball bearing mounted rollers.
