HM 150.02 Dead-Weight Piston Gauge Show data sheet (pdf file)
Technical Description
The benchtop unit contains a Bourdon tube manometer as the test object and a piston manometer for generating the test pressure. A very precise and reproducible calibration pressure is generated by loading the calibrated piston with weights. The known pressure is applied to the test manometer. Hydraulic oil is the medium for transmitting the pressure. The transparent scale on the manometer allows the spring tube mechanism to be clearly seen.
Learning Objectives / Experiments
