Technical Description
This expansion module is used to increase the channel capacity of the FL 151 Measuring Amplifier. One expansion module can supply up to 16 individual strain gauge bridges with power and also condition the bridge signal. The module is connected to the main amplifier using a single ribbon cable. In this way a total of up to three such expansion modules can be connected in series to one Multi-Channel Measuring Amplifier, the amplifier reads the data from the expansion modules and controls them. In this way a maximum of 64 measuring channels can be used. The measuring bridges are either connected using 16 6-pole individual sockets, or via a 68-pole multiple socket. The expansion module requires a mains supply for operation.
