RADITU BILLAHI RABBA...


When they hear
every verse of Qur'an being read to them,
Muslims in the time of Prophet
always said...
sami'na wa ata'na
we hear and we obey...
The unbelievers always said...
sami'na wa asaina
we hear and we reject...

Nowadays,
when they hear
every verse of Qur'an being read to them,
some Muslims said...
not: sami'na wa ata'na,
not: sami'na wa asaina,
but: sami'na wa fakarna
we hear and we think (about it first)...

Do we have to go back
and examine our faith again...?

raditu billahi rabba,
wa bil-islami diina,
wa bi muhammadin nabiyya wa rasula...
I am pleased that Allah is my Lord,
and Islam is my way of life,
and Muhammad is my prophet and messenger...
