Technical Description
The HM 163.20 Extension Sump Tank is necessary if the HM 163 Modular Flow Channel is extended to a larger working length to ensure that there is always sufficient water available. The sump tanks are manufactured from GFRP and are equipped with aluminium covers. These have an anti-slip surface; it thus possible to walk on the tanks. In the case of the extension of the working section to 7.5m or 10m, one additional tank is required, in the case of extension to the maximum possible length of 12.5m, a further tank is required. As the base unit already includes 2 tanks, at the maximum working length the number of tanks is increased to 4.
