Technical Description
The Baffle Plate Flow Indicator uses the so-called travel-amplitude technique. The flowing medium meets a baffle plate that is linked to a pointer using a lever mechanism. A spring provides the counterforce. The lever mechanism, spring and scale are matched such that the pointer indicates the actual flow rate in litres per minute.
