Technical Description
The ET 412C Industrial Refrigeration Trainer with PC Data Acquisition is a fully functional model of a refrigeration system including 2 evaporators that represent a refrigeration stage and a deep-freezing stage. The unit comprises typical components from refrigeration engineering so lectures given using this model are relevant in practice. The system contains numerous electronic transducers that measures pressures, temperatures, flow rates and power. The measured values are directly indicated at the trainer and can be further processed with a PC data acquisition system. 18 different faults can be simulated via switches. Additionally, it is possible to simulate faults as blocked up pipes or pipes with reduced cross-section due to sludge via manual valves included in the trainer.
