HM 150.32 Pressure Distribution in a Venturi Nozzle Show data sheet (pdf file) Print page
Technical Description
The demonstrator is designed such that it can be set up with an inlet tank (HM 150.33) and an outlet tank (HM 150.34) on the HM 150. The inlet and outlet tanks guarantee constant-pressure conditions. A flow channel of variable cross-section and transparent viewing window forms the main component of the experimental set-up. By means of the addition of ink, the velocity along the channel can be demonstrated. A twelve-tube manometer for measuring static pressure is distributed along the length of the nozzle at even distances to indicate the pressure distribution.
The figure shows the HM 150.32 with the HM 150.33 and the HM 150.34.
