Cycloide Gear Oil Pump Module

Technical Description

Cycloid gear pumps are constant pumps. They have a high efficiency (approx. 90%) and a low noise level. They can be used instead of reciprocating pumps at high operating pressures.
The pump is ready for installation and mounted on a base plate, which is slid into the HM 365.20 and fixed in place. It is connected into the circuit using hydraulic hoses and connected to the sensors on the supply module. The pump is powered by the HM 365.

In conjunction with the HM 365 and the HM 365.20, the following experiments are possible:
- Recording of pump curves
- Determination of the power consumption of the pump
- Determination of the hydraulic power output of the pump
- Determination of the pump efficiency
- Determination of the system characteristic and operating point of the
pump
