The Bachelor of Nursing (S.Kep) program is completed in 7 (seven) semesters
over 3 (three) years and 6 (six) months consisting of 48 courses with 146 credits.
The first year of study provides skills related to social science behavior and
nursing ethics. The 2nd year of the study program offers basic biomedical
sciences and nursing sciences. The 3rd year of study provides comprehensive
clinical and nursing science skills in the laboratory, service to the family and
community, and application of research skills.
97.6% of alumni work with their skills with an average job waiting period of 2
months. Have the skills of Communicators, Educators and Health Promoters,
Nursing Care Providers, Managers and Leaders, Researchers.
Nursing Science Study Program Specialization:
Throughout the first year to the 4th year of study, students will have varied
learning experiences, starting from classroom learning models, laboratory
practice, and early exposure both in hospitals/health centers and in the community. Meanwhile, in the professional practice phase in the 5th year, the
preceptorship or mentoring method is used by clinical instructors or institutional
supervisors.
Various active learning methods (Active Learning) are used to accommodate
different learning needs, and no course relies on just one teaching method. Some
examples of learning methods used include: seminars, case studies, role playing,
small group discussions, think-pair-share, gallery walk, jigsaw, direct learning,
group investigations, workshops, lectures, project-based learning, demonstrations,
reflective discussions cases, problem-based learning, clinical skills training, and
field practice.
Learning is assessed by oral presentations, participation in class, reports of
scientific papers in various types, portfolios, essays, oral tests, observations,
objective structured clinical examinations (OSCE), task performance, MCQ
exams, comprehensive tests, direct observation of procedural skills (DOPS ),
student reports, peer reviews, group observations and individual processes on
project-based assignments.

Jalur JNS UTBK adalah salah satu jalur seleksi mandiri yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Hasanuddin untuk menjaring calon mahasiswa yang mempunyai prestasi akademik disamping kemampuan finansial. Penilaian terhadap peserta jalur JNS UTBK dilakukan berdasarkan skor nilai UTBK-SNBT dan satu nilai materi ujian yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Hasanuddin.

Penilaian terhadap peserta jalur JNS Non UTBK dilakukan berdasarkan Nilai Ujian yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Hasanuddin (tanpa memperhitungkan Nilai UTBK).
