Unhas Rector Prof. Dr. Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu, MA inducted several functionary officials of Unhas, Friday (5/8). The officials that are mostly inducted were from the Internal Quality Assurance Institution that accumulated to 29 officials that were either Heads or Secretary positions. Followed were the Head of the Engineering Faculty Department, and the Vice Dean I and II of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Others inducted also includes some directors and head divisions, to complete the series of demanded positions to be filled under the Autonomous Status (PTN BH), along with heads and secretaries of institutions.
Those inducted include Dr. Gustiana, SIP, M.Si as Vice Rector I Faculty of Social and Political Science, Dr. Baharussin, M.Si. as Vice Rector II Faculty of Social and Political Science, Prof. Dr. Andi Sofyan, SH., MH. as Secretary of Internal Supervision Institution, Prof. Dr. Armin, M.Si. as Secretary of Community Service Research Institution, Prof. Dr. Dadang Suriamihardja as the Head of Environmental Research and Development Center LP2M, M. Bachtiar Nappu, Ph.D. as the Head of Energy and Electricity Research and Development Center, Prof. Dr. Salengke, M.Sc. as the Head of the Teaching Industry.
For the Internal Supervision Institution (LSPI), those inducted include Dr. Dody Dharmawan Trijuno as the Head of the Asset Division LSPI, Dr. Asri Usman, M.Si.Ak as the Head of the Finance Division LPSI, and Ruslan Hambali SH, M.Hum as the Head of the Human Resources Division of LPSI.
For the Internal Quality Assurance Institution, those inducted include Prof. Dr. Asmuddin Natsir, M.Sc. as the Head of the Assessment and Development of Documents Quality Division LPMI, Dr. Ria Mardiana, M.Si as the Head of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Audit Quality Division LPMI, and Dr. Phil Nat Sri Widodo, MT as the Head of Accreditation Division LPMI.
In the level of directors, those inducted include Prof. Dr. Supratman, S.Hut, MP as the Director of Organization, Talent, Interests, and Reasoning, Dr. Nirwan, M.Si as the Director of Planning and Logistics. Head Departments inducted accumulated to 29 functional positions, in which the positions include Heads, and Secretaries of the Quality Assurance of Unhas, including the Graduate School, as well as the Heads and Sub-Heads of Divisions.
During the series of inductees taking place, the Unhas Rector stated that with the status of being autonomous (PTN BH), such structural transformations are in need to take place. “There is the Head of LSPI and LPMI Division, and Directors that are inducted today. All are to adapt to the new status that we embrace,” stated Dwia. She hoped that all of the Working Units of Unhas could work efficiently in the task of organizational management. “So that starting from now, the working units can calculate the costs needed for daily works, to be included in the Grand Planning later on, as well as the production units, will need to calculate the revenues that can be attained,” hoped Dwia.
