Global Nursing Education and Healthcare System in Indonesia
This course is designed to provide an immersive experience in the Indonesian healthcare and nursing education system. Participants will gain insights into the structure and practices of nursing education in Indonesia while engaging in hands-on lecturing activities and clinical observations in Makassar. The program fosters an interactive academic atmosphere, enabling participants to exchange knowledge on global healthcare practices. Additionally, the course serves as a platform to strengthen academic and institutional collaboration between Universitas Hasanuddin (UNHAS) and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), promoting long-term partnerships in education and research.

- Outcomes : 1. Introduce participants to the Indonesian healthcare and nursing education system. 2. Provide hands-on lecturing activities and academic atmosphere experience in class and clinical settings in Makassar. 3. Facilitate knowledge exchange on global healthcare practices. 4. Strengthen academic and institutional collaboration between UNHAS and VU Amsterdam.
- Participant : 1. Hold a permanent or fixed-term academic or administrative position at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. 2. Possess a Master’s degree (S2) in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. 3. Have experience in nursing education, healthcare administration, and research in healthcare and nursing fields. 4. Demonstrate proficiency in English to engage actively in discussions and collaborative activities. 5. Show strong commitment to international collaboration and knowledge sharing. 6. Obtain prior approval from their respective faculty or department at VU Amsterdam
