44 students of Unhas, from the 9th until the 10th of June 2016, attended the scholarship interview for the Tanoto Foundation known as the National Champs 2016 Program, at the second floor of the Rectorate Building, Unhas. The interview started from 08.00 until 15.30 for both the days, and re-interview will not be permitted. The participants of the interview are those that have completed psychology test that as conducted April-May 2016, with 44 students passing the test.

Vice Rector III Unhas Abd. Rasyid J. appointed as the Head of the Working team for the National Alumni Gathering Unhas 2016 in Makassar, September 2016. The committee is complete with different fields, including budgets, event, public relations and publication, consumption and equipment, Secretariat, and faculty committee.

Bertindak sebagai penanggung jawab kegiatan, Rektor Unhas Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu dan Ketua Umum Ikatan Alumni (IKA) Unhas M.Jusuf Kalla. Para penasihat terdiri atas: Gubernur Sulsel, Ketua DPRD Provinsi Sulsel, Pangdam VII Wirabuana, Dan Lantamal VI, Dan Lanud Hasanuddin, Kapolda Sulsel, Kajati Sulsel, dan Bupati/Wali Kota Alumni Unhas.

Sebanyak 44 mahasiswa Unhas, 9 dan 10 Juni 2016 mengikuti wawancara seleksi penerima beasiswa Tanoto Foundation Program National Champions 2016 di Lantai 2 Gedung Rektorat Unhas. Kegiatan wawancara menggunakan beberapa ruangan di Bagian Kemahasiswaan dan juga ruang kerja Wakil Rektor III yang kebetulan kosong, karena ‘penggunanya’ sedang dinas ke luar kota.
