Sekretaris Universitas (Sekun) Universitas Hasanuddin Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, M.T., Senin (1/8/2016) menggelar rapat koordinasi (rakor) dengan para kepala biro, kepala bagian, dan kepala subag di lingkungan Rektorat Unhas. Rapat membahas kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM), laporan monitoring kehadiran dan aktivitas pegawai, dan laporan kegiatan para kepala biro, dan lain-lain.

Lembaga Penerbitan Universitas Hasanuddin (Lephas) dipersiapkan segera menjadi unit bisnis Unhas sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTN BH). ‘’Lephas ini paling tidak dalam waktu tertentu harus mampu mengembalikan modal yang kita keluarkan untuk pembelian fasilitas yang ada,’’ kata Rektor Unhas Prof.Dr.Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu, M.A. ketika untuk kesekian kalinya meninjau Lephas, Senin (1/8/2016).

Universitas Hasanuddin Publishing Institution (Lephas) is currently prepared to becoming an Unhas Business Unit in the face of the Autonomous Status (PTN BH). University Secretary (Sekun) of Universitas Hasanuddin, Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, M.T. in Monday (1/8/2016) conducted a coordination meeting (rakor) along with the Heads of Bureaus, Head Divisions, and Heads of Sub-Divisions of Universitas Hasanuddin, carried out at the Rectorate Building Unhas

Head of the General Bureau, Drs. Andi Darwin, during the Coordination Meeting, reported of an appeal to shift Unhas assets from the Ministry of Education and Culture to the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Indonesia, with an estimated value of IDR 3,8 Trillion and a net worth of IDR 3,3 Trillion. Included in the shifts of assets is the land certificate of RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo that has been sent to the Center for National Security (BPN) South Sulawesi, that still awaits a reply.

Head of the Student and Alumni Bureau Suprihadi, S.E., M.M. reported, that the launch of the Newly Enrolled Student Admittance (PMB) conducted at the Open Meeting of Academic Senate Unhas in Baruga Andi Pangerang Petta Rani, 15 August 2016, contains specific events

The conduct of the first period of graduation coincided with the 60th Dies Natalis Commemoration, therefore would be separated with the conduct of the Graduation ceremony. This is aimed so that the graduates will not be in the Dies Natalis commemoration for an extended period, and then would attend the graduation ceremony. The ceremony is planned for the 7th of September, meanwhile, for the profession and post-graduate programs, graduation is expected to take place on the 8th of September. Dies Natalis commemoration is scheduled to take place on the 10th of September 2016.

Head of the Academic Bureau Unhas, Ernawati, S.E., M.M reported during the Coordination Meeting with the University Secretary, Monday (1/8/2016), that 920 student study periods will be evaluated until the end of the 2015/2016 academic semester. Out of the overall figures, 471 among them are assessed in the first four semesters (2014 batch), meanwhile, 449 students evaluated in their 14 semesters (2009 batch).

Kepala Biro Administrasi Umum Drs. Andi Darwin, dalam rakor melaporkan permohonan alih status asset Unhas dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan ke Kementerian Riset Teknologi Pendidikan Tinggi (Ristekdikti) dengan nilai kotor Rp 3,8 triliun dan nilai netto Rp 3,3 triliun. Termasuk dalam pengalihan asset ini adalah sertifikat tanah de ngan RSUP Wahidin Sudirohusodo yang sudah dikirim ke Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Sulsel yang masih menunggu balasan.

Pekan Ilmiah Mahasiswa Tingkat Nasional (Pimnas) dilaksanakan di IPB 8-11 Agustus 2016. Unhas mengikutkan dua karya, yakni Pegasus dari Teknik yang menampilkan mesin dapat membuat telur asin dalam waktu delapan jam. Padahal biasanya memakan waktu sampai seminggu hingga sepuluh hari. Karya kedua, digagas oleh mahasiswa Farmasi dan Kedokteran yang membuat obat anti hipertensi dari kulit udang.
