After declaring to become a campus free of corruption, in the upcoming future Unhas will conduct one of their community service programs in the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) office. Not only that, Unhas will choose a number of villages that will eventually become a constitutional village in South Sulawesi.
“We have implemented our KKN in the Constitutional Court and in the future, a similar program will be conducted in KPK,” stated the Unhas Rector Prof. Dr. Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu, MA during the anti corruption declaration in Baruga Andi Pangerang Petta Rani, Monday (24/10/2016).
She stated of her high appreciation to MPR, MK and KPK that have chosen Unhas as the location of the anti-corruption location. It is the time for the sun to naturally rise from the East. A great choice.
“The long term planning of Unhas is to produce alumni that are not only intelligent in their respective fields of study, but further become intellectuals of moral upholding, prioritize good character maintenance, as well as a spirit in eradicating corruption,” stated Dwia Aries Tina Pulubuhu.
The Constitution Festival is an effort to increase the understanding, along with the construction of awareness pertaining the vital importance of constitution. Hoped to eventually build an awareness of the importance that each campus element have in positioning the constitution as the basis of ethical justice and law solidification, especially to counter corruption.
