Times Higher Education (THE) annually measures the Impact Ranking of universities around the world. The result of THE Ranking is widely accepted as an indicator of the achievement for the World Class University title.
One of the thematics covered in THE Impact Ranking is measuring how universities worldwide adopt the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2021, THE Impact Ranking involves 1.115 universities from 92 countries and regions.
