University Secretary (Sekun) of Universitas Hasanuddin, Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, M.T. in Monday (1/8/2016) conducted a coordination meeting (rakor) along with the Heads of Bureaus, Head Divisions, and Heads of Sub-Divisions of Universitas Hasanuddin, carried out at the Rectorate Building Unhas. The meeting encompassed matters including the competence of human resources, absence and activity monitoring of staff report, the report on the programs of Head Bureaus, and many others.
Sekun strengthened, before submitting an application of a staff mutation, applicants need to deliberately think before taking that step.
“We now live in an open-based era. Therefore many must be considered before the mutation of a staff,” stated Nasaruddin Salam that was accompanied by four Heads of Bureaus, minus the Head Bureau on Finance that was out of town for official duties.
Answering one the questions asked by the Head of Sub-Division in regards to the lack of human resources in its division, Nasaruddin explained that a zero growth principle exists, but in the matter of new positions that demands new needs, for example, information and technological resources, acceptance of additional staff to accelerate the conduct of programs may be accommodated.
