The Nationality Community Service Program students from Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas) attained the task in the village of Lebuh, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands Province. The location is far from the Tanjung Karimun city. They must use a ship twice, eventually closer to Singapore and Malaysia that can be reached in 30 minutes.
The village is located in the International shipping lane but categorized as a frontier, left behind, and isolated village. Electricity is on for only 9 hours a day, between 17.00-01.00 WIB. The phone networks are complicated. But, the village still profoundly embraces the cultural customs of the Melayu.
