Born in Malang, East Java, 18 July 1980, she is an Indonesian presenter. As of now she works for Metro TV in the program of Suara Anda and Metro Siang. Beforehand Fessy was a news presenter for ANTV. In this media, she was entrusted to handle the regular news programs including Topik Pagi, Topik Siang, and Topik Malam, and a number of times, Topik Kita.
She started in Metro TV in October 2008, in the Headline News aired at 19.00 as a reporter that covered the news on an attorney, precisely on 31 October 2008. She started her debut as a news presenter in the program News Flash. In the PBK thread, Fessy Alwi is an anchor mate of Faisal Arif.

During her task in South Korea, she acted as an independent journalist as she carried all her equipment including camera and tripod by herself. She took pictures and sent it to Indonesia at the same time.

Fessy has done so in a vast amount of numbers, with the most unforgettable experience being an interview with the former president, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono during a special ANTV program entitled “Drinking Tea With President SBY.”
“In my youth age, I was fortunate to attain the experience of interviewing the number one person of Indonesia,” stated Fessy that stated she learned a lot from SBY’s visit to South Korea, as she then realized the importance of job diversifications with one or two individuals.
