Muh. Firdaus Kasim shared his experience when participating in the entrance selection at Oxford University, which will start his doctoral program in October.
The journey started by mentally preparing himself to be accepted by the University of Oxford. This aligns with his career preparation and involvement in several community service programs carried out in the medical field.
“Research capabilities and international community development activities are also very much required to improve English language skills. One of which is by meeting the IELTS target through scientific publications to maintain scores so that they can be accepted at Oxford,” explained dr. Firdaus
On the same occasion, Gabriele Jessica Kembuan explained that in order to achieve the goal, it is essential to possess an innovative and creative mindset. With such a mindset, we can better understand the goal of pursuing our career in education that will benefit ourselves and our community.
“Harvard is looking for a student with a vision to change the world using the smart and creative strategy as a contribution for humankind. Looking for more information and exploring experiences because with the experience, we will be interested in finding something that can be more useful to many people,” explained Gabriele.
