Hasanuddin University held marathon socialization of Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN) 2016 to various districts and cities in Southern Sulawesi.
On February 15-16, 2016 the socialization held simultaneously in Bantaeng, Bulukumba, Parepare, Sidrap, and Pinrang. Previously held in Takalar, Jeneponto, Pangkep, Maros, and Barru.
In the third week of February, a similar socialization conducted in Sinjai on Friday(18/2), and Bone on Saturday (20/2). Along with it, some of others team moving to part north and central of south sulawesi, that is Soppeng, Enrekang, and Palopo conduct the socialization separately and simultaneously on Monday (22/2). The next day, on Tuesday (23/2) five teams socialization of UNHAS conduct the socialization in five district, namely North Toraja, Tana Toraja, North Luwu, East Luwu, Wajo and Luwu district on February 24, 2016.
Process of the filling and verification Pangkalan Data Sekolah dan Siswa (PDSS) SNMPTN which begins on January 18 and ended on February 20, 2016. Starting on February 29 until March 12, 2016 is an important phase for the students, because that's when they register as a SNMPTN participant. After registered and accepted as SNMPTN participant they will print the cards SNMPTN begin March 22 to April 21, 2016. The selection process of participants on March 24 to may 8, 2016. Two days later, on May 10 announcement for participant who are receive through SNMPTN. The participants who received through this channel will follow the verification process at public universities respectively on May 31, 2016 in conjuction with the implementation of a written test of Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SBMPTN) 2016.
