Hasanuddin University and 15 other universities in Indonesia that are part of the Nationwide University Network in Indonesia (NUNI) met at Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) on October 5 and 6, 2022, for the NUNI Presidential Forum and Annual Meeting.
The Presidential Forum and Annual Meeting, with the theme “Building Synergy and Collaboration in the Spirit of Diversity,” provided an opportunity for NUNI members to discuss and evaluate planning activities with one another.
The meeting was attended by the Rector of UKSW (Neil Semuel Rupidara, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D.) as the keynote speaker. The Vice Rector IV for Institutional Cooperation and Internationalization, and Neny Isharyanti, Ph.D., Head of the Bureau of Cooperation and International Relations, were also there as representatives of UKSW to the leaders and delegation representatives of each university.
On this occasion, the delegates discussed the proposed programs that could be carried out in each committee. The discussion was divided into four groups that each discussed one type of NUNI program that has been running or will be running. Some of the plans the delegates came up with were to do joint research, give each university research grants, publish together, hold workshops, and other things.
