Following the conclusion of the first three-month period of the year, the International Office (IO) of Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) conducted a data update for inbound and outbound programs. The meeting took place on Monday, 27 April 2026, at the IO Meeting Room. The session was facilitated by Haniek Khoirunnissa, M.Sc., the IO Task Force member for Database and Scholarship, and involved a dedicated team of elected Student Volunteers (Stuvo).
During the meeting, Ms. Haniek assigned the Stuvo team the specific task of tracking and auditing all IO Weekly News reports spanning from January to March. This systematic review is designed to capture every international mobility activity that occurred during the first quarter. By synthesizing these records, the team aims to create a comprehensive data matrix that accurately reflects the university’s international engagement.
Once finalized, this matrix of inbound and outbound figures will be forwarded to the Directorate of UNHAS Reputation Enhancement. This data serves as a critical component for the UNHAS World University Rankings submission. The International Office remains optimistic that a more meticulous and integrated data management system will significantly contribute to improving UNHAS’s standing in global academic rankings.
