Universitas Hasanuddin during the Period IV will graduate 1.013 graduates on 29 June 2016. Out of the overall figures, as much as 189 are from the Faculty of Engineering. Followed by Law (113), Cultural Studies (110), Medicine (86), Social Political Sciences (85), Public Health (82), Mathematics and Natural Sciences (70), Economics (60), Marine Sciences and Fisheries (59), Agriculture (49), Pharmacy (44), Animal Husbandry (35), Forestry (29), Dentistry (2).
Head of the Academic Bureau Ernawati, S.E., M.M. stated during the meeting, that in accordance with the conduct of graduation coinciding with the holy month of Ramadhan, the holding of the event must adapt to the specific conditions.
University Secretary Dr. Ir. Nasaruddin Salam, M.T. hoped that the preparations for the graduation ceremony could be well prepared compared to the previous periods of graduation ceremonies. Electrical capacity and other critical requirements, for example, need to be well prepared before hand.
“Please for the room cooling systems to be well prepared,” stated Mr. Nas, a familiar nickname for the former Vice Rector III Unhas for two periods (2006-2010 and 2010-2014) during the meeting attended by the Head of Divisions and Head of the Academic Senate Secretariat Unhas.
