Fourteen faculties of Unhas sent their Kalifahs to attend the Masbaqah Tilawati Quran (MTQ) and Islamic Speech contest, conducted on the 1st floor of the Rectorate Building Unhas, starting Wednesday (22/6) until Thursday (23/6)
The Vice Rector III Unhas Dr. Abd Rasyid J. inaugurated the competition that consisted of 23 participants for MTQ and 26 for Islamic Speech. The members that registered include from the faculties of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Cultural Studies, Marine Sciences and Fisheries, Law, Pharmacy, Engineering, Medicine, Dentistry, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Social-Political Sciences, Economics and Business, Forestry, and Public Health.
Acting as the adjudicators for the MTQ includes Prof. Dr. H. Najamuddin Abd. Syafa, M.A., Qois Al-Faruq, and Nursalam Tacong. Meanwhile, the adjudicators for the Islamic Speech contest include Prof. Dr. Amran Saru, M.Si., Dr. Yusran Sanusi Baso, S.S., M.A., and Fitriani.
