Hasanuddin University since on Monday (04/04/2016) mobilized tens of staff to scan exam answer sheet (Indonesia: Lembar Jawaban Ujian) abbreviated as LJU, of National Examination (Indonesian: Ujian Nasional) abbreviated as UN, SMA/MA/SMK from 12 regencies and cities in South Sulawesi in Building Registration of Hasanuddin University at Tamalanrea campus.
Before being scanned, the LJU were grouped by school and region. In the group of vocational high school there is a region of Makassar, Selayar, Luwu Timur, and Barru in the row of another table. In a rows of different tables there is also a vocational high school (Indonesian: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) abbreviated as SMK, from Palopo, Takalar, Bulukumba, Luwu, North Toraja, Parepare, and North Luwu.
While the senior high school group was divided into five groups, namely: North Toraja, Luwu Utara, and Barru. Tabel of Group II : Luwu Timur, Enrekang, Pare Pare. Tabel of Group III: Luwu and Takalar. Makassar was in a group of separate table, and the table of group V consists of Palopo, Bulukumba, and Selayar.
The first task of Unhas officer is to give label (labeling), validate the data, and scanning, then put on the shelf in accordance with the subjects based on each school. Around 10 scan engines are used which are operated by at least 20 workers.
Hasanuddin University in 2016 obtaining section to monitoring the National Examinations in 12 districts/cities in South Sulawesi at the same time to scan the LJU. These areas is Makassar, North Toraja, North Luwu, Barru, Luwu Timur, Enrekang, Pare Pare, Luwu, Takalar, Palopo, Bulukumba, and Selayar.
Chief of Academic Bureau of Hasanuddin University Erna Rivai, S.E.,M.M. on Tuesday (5/42016) in the middle of its staff who are carrying out tasks such scan the data of LJU . UNHAS had estimated LJU scan takes time about ten days. (*).
