About the Program
Master of Food Science and Technology study program focus on the research and development of food science and technology based on the cultural values of the maritime-based continent of Indonesia.
Strengths
The presence of international students in regular classes and inbound student program, such as research become one of the strengths of this study program. Moreover, the students actively involved in Six University Initiative Japan Indonesia Service-Learning Program (SUIJI). In addition, the study program has achieved the highest accreditation level from BAN-PT, i.e. UNGGUL.

Master of Food Science and Technology has two concentration, i.e.
- Food Science
- Food Technology.
Learning Process
- Teaching and learning process is conducted through face-to-face sessions and practical work in the laboratories
- There are opportunities to take courses in other study programs or at other universities.
