About the Program
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEE) program is one of the study programs at Hasanuddin University's Faculty of Engineering, focusing on the science and application of Electrical, Electronics, Control, and Telecommunication fields based on science and technology.
Strengths
In 1963, the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering program was officially established and became part of the Faculty of Engineering. The program received an "Excellent" accreditation from LAM-TEK, effective since 2020, and international accreditation from IABEE since the same year.
Areas of Specialization
The specializations in PSSTE are as follows :
- Electrical Power Engineering
- Electronics, Control, and Robotics Engineering
- Telecommunications Engineering.
Learning Process
- Learning is conducted directly in the classroom, as well as through field practice and laboratory work, including internships in government and private institutions
- Courses can also be taken in other study programs or universities as part of the curriculum
- The final assignment consists of research that produces a thesis in a specific field of interest.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering program are absorbed by various institutions, working as researchers in the fields of Electrical, Electronics, Control, and Telecommunication; in state-owned enterprises (BUMN), civil servants (PNS), and as professional staff in national and international private companies.
